I think you got a great product, but it’s not what I was specifically looking for at this time. I am requesting a refund at this time to my Credit Card which I used for the purchase. On another note, I will keep your product in mind if I start offering services that can use it. Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback, however, we (support) can not process refunds and you’ll need to contact our sales team to have them process this for you.

We have a contact form specifically for requesting refunds here:

I have alerted the team to this thread although using the form is the quickest method.
