Can you check your refund form if its working? I’ve already sent two refund forms and I still haven’t received a reply yet. Kindly address this as soon as possible. Thanks!

I’m sorry for the confusion. When you apply a refund in the Event Espresso admin, it’s only recording the refund for accounting purposes. It does not send a refund request to the payment gateway. You’ll still need to log into your merchant account and initiate a refund there.
