After purchasing EE3 Premium, I was hoping a simple ticket with a “buy ticket” option that links to Paypal would be available via my website.. No registration, just buy ticket and it sends an email of the ticket to the client.

Can you please confirm what the refund process is?

Hi Komey T,

Event Espresso requires answers to 3 system questions, first name, last name and email address for all registrations. Using the Multi Event Registration Add-on it is possible to setup a cart link anywhere within your site that the users can use to register.

This would requires the 3 questions above, then allow the user to pay via PayPal and automatically email the confirmation email (which can include the tickets) to that user.

Is that what your are expecting?

Thanks for the response… I suppose its more semantics. Rather than “Register” I was hoping it would say “Buy Ticket” as that would be more applicable for the nature of the business.

Hi,

We have tried to keep the wording as generic as possible to fit as many use cases as possible.

You can change the wording supplied by using the language files, here’s a guide to using Poedit, it also includes a way to do it via the gettext function: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/
