Refresh error message appearing when people try to submit registration

The following message is appearing when people try to register for any event “This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again”

Hi there,

I ran a test registration on a couple of your events and didn’t run into any problems.

Is this still happening for you? Can you post the steps taken to reproduce please?
