Hello,
The calendar is here, https://www.touchbacksafety.com/test-calendar/

When a user clicks a date from the calendar it goes to, https://www.touchbacksafety.com/events/esc-fall-protection-3/

This page is very confusing containing a list without dates. Since the user just selected the date they want from the calendar, why do we have to select the date again? This page seems redundant and will cause a lot of confusion. How can we bypass it?

I know we can bypass it, because another training provider uses the same program and they have skipped this page all together and it goes straight to registration form. (see link for provider page, click register now on their courses and see for yourself) Calendar: https://firstaidsafetytraining.ca/course-calendar/

Calendar is used to list the events and clicking the events will move to to that specific event with list of tickets available for sale. Since most of the datetime has 2 or more ticket connected, they have to go to that process.

The site you shared is using A legacy EE3 with the the calendar add-on. And can only have one ticket per event.

EE5 don’t have that calendar option, but i can open this discussion with our tEEm.

thanks

I’m not sure what to do, the event has 16 seats but only 1 ticket per registration. So what do you think I should do? I did figure out if I change out the course name for the available dates on the title then when you go to the redundant page the date will show, as of yet I don’t know if it will disrupt anything. see screenshots. But It is very tedious and will make entering each course alot more work, so I don’t know if I like this idea. I’m really not sure what to do. your thoughts ?

You can limit the purchase to one ticket, https://monosnap.com/file/vCTPhUkJaEVbpK3piMMN77MwCu5bBo

the only problem on this setup is that, you have to create one datetime for each ticket as you will only limit the “Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event”

You might want to check these Demo Events, you might can get idea what you plan to do.

Hi Rio,
This still looks like you get the redundant page- the example you sent me doesn’t have a calendar to choose the date from, you select the course from the redundant page then click register now for the attendee details- so I don’t think they understand what we are asking?

Hello

I know we can bypass it, because another training provider uses the same program and they have skipped this page all together and it goes straight to registration form. (see link for provider page, click register now on their courses and see for yourself) Calendar: https://firstaidsafetytraining.ca/course-calendar/

The site https://firstaidsafetytraining.ca/course-calendar is using EE3 and it is our Legacy plugin. The calendar of that plugin can bypass the ticket selector.

our EE4/EE5 don’t have that feature as we allow EE users to create and connect more datetime and ticket in one event.

I’m not sure what to do, the event has 16 seats but only 1 ticket per registration. So what do you think I should do?

Does ticket bundle works for your case?
check this out https://eventespresso.com/wiki/create-ticket-bundle/

thanks
