When I try downloading the event registrations CSV report, I get an error message for a redirect route: “The page isn’t redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”
I also tried testing on Chrome and had the same issue. Any advice?

Hi Megan,
The registrations CSV report builds a report in the background by combining a few records at a time and then redirects when the file is ready for download.
Could you try temporarily deactivating other plugins and re-testing to see if the issue clears up?
If it does, then reactivate a few plugins at a time and then re-test. Continue this process until it breaks again or until your site is restored.
If it still does not work with other plugins temporarily disabled, then there is an option to switch to the old registration csv report system:

However, the old system does not work well with events with many registrants/attendees.
