Hi,
The event manager and recurring event manager are both installed but I cannot get the events to be recurring and instead have to resort to manually creating each one. Any suggestions of help with this? Thank you in advance

Are you trying to make a new event recurring? Try going through the documentation here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/recurring-events-manager/

Hi Albert, did you get a new log in sent to the email address you used when you purchased Event Espresso? If not, please contact sales via this form: https://eventespresso.com/contact/update-request/
Also note that the Recurring events manager is only compatible with the premium version of Event Espresso. It is not compatible with the lite version.

So in essence we have to buy another product again?
I wish this was set out a little more clear before purchasing this.

Thanks jlee, that’s what I do as well, but would rather just hand it over to a recurring event manager…

Hi Albert,
You should have acces to the rem docs as linked above. One thing to keep in mind is only newly created events can be made into a recurring events series.
