Recurring Events for EE4?

While in doing updates to our event calendar on one of our sites, which is on EE4, we are seeing links and promotions to recurring events. Is this just a cruel hoax or has it been released?

The screenshot you shared is from Event Espresso 3. EE4 does not have an “Event Overview” menu item. Event Espresso 3 has an “Event Overview” menu item.
