I have a set of recurring events and every time I update information about one of the events, the recurrence breaks and separates them into single events. This makes it so the recurring events dropdown table does not function properly. Please help! |
Hi Emma, May I ask which version of Event Espresso 3 and the REM add-on are activated on your site? |

Hi Emma, When you update the information, what options are you using within REM? For example are you updating a single instance of the event, all of the series or this and upcoming events? What information are you updating? Do you have custom templates within /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/? |

Hi Tony, I have tried updating a single event, all events, or upcoming events and get the same results. This has happened when I have tried updating the registration dates, custom messages, or category. The following files are in that directory: – date_range_display.php Emma |
Hmm, none of those should effect this. Do you have an example of a ‘broken’ event I can view? In-fact, it be quicker if I can take a look at the database and confirm, would that be ok? If so can you send temporary login details using this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ Note I will need the Adminer plugin to look within the database, can you install that please (or previde FTP details, we will not install plugins within FTP access) |
