Hello I see that there is a recurring events add-on here: https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-recurring/
but there is no place to download it.

Hi Kim,

Your site uses EE4 and the add-on you’ve linked to is for EE3, we do not currently have a recurring events manager for EE4 which is why you can’t see a section to download it at this time.
