Hi, we have the EE4 everything license. I need to create a recurring event (happening every second week). I am unclear on how to accomplish this without going back to EE3 version. Is there a way to do it in EE4?

Also, we need it to have just one initial fee of $10, but be able to send notifications every time it happens using the notifications plugin. To accomplish this, would I set up a series of tickets in the event for each time it happens?

Hi there,
Officially EE4 does not support recurring events but it possible to do depending on your use case.
Can you provide a breakdown of the use case, please?
How many events in the series?
From above, a single purchase grants access to every event in the series?

I’ve done one for a single purchase, just with some multiple dates added. But I would like to know how to set up a recurring event – say every third Friday, with a payment of 10 for each one. I could set up one for each event but it would be better to put them all together. Thanks! (no rush)

Each instance of the series will need to be created manually, but you can have a single event that spans over 10 ‘instances’ using datetimes.
For example, you could set up 10 datetimes and a single ticket, something like this: https://monosnap.com/file/Otk7PsGBourEbGUgvluK2qnmoz7Zj0
You’ll then need another single event for the next ‘series’, or batch of 10 datetimes.
A single purchase of a ticket on those events grants access to each of the 10 datetimes on the event, is that what you are looking for?
