Recording two email addresses

I have tried, but failed to achieve this.
The form has two email address fields. The standard email and an email for the invoice to be sent to.
How do I edit where automated messages are sent?

Hi,

You go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message templates. Then click the edit link for the registrant context of the message type that you want to change. For example, if you want to change the Registration Pending Payment email that gets sent to the registrant, you’ll click on the “Edit Primary Registrant” link within row for “Registration Pending Payment”.

Then, you replace what’s in the To: field with:
[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*INVOICE email address]

then you click the Save button.
