After installing the fully licensed Espresso plugin package, we are experiencing issues with the Upcoming Events Widget. *The events are listing, however the date is not. I hope I’ve installed this correctly, as I’d installed the fully licensed version with Espresso Free version still activated.

Another item I am unsure about, on the Plugin page, there is an error message that states: “A potential issue has been detected with one or more of your Event Espresso pages. Go to Event Espresso Critical Pages Settings to view your Event Espresso pages.” When I viewed the “Critical Pages & Shortcodes” section, all pages are Page Status OK.

Do you think one may be in correlation with the other? If not, what may be happening with both the Widget not displaying the Event Dates, as well as why might this error message be displaying?

Thank you!

Hello, you may be running the lite version of Event Espresso 3 and then the beta version of Event Espresso 4. This could cause some strange behavior.

Could you login to your WordPress admin and then go to Plugins and copy and paste the version numbers to this support post?

Thanks

Lorenzo

Thank you — that is the current version of EE4 alpha. I’d like to take a closer look at your site.

Could you create and share a temporary WordPress admin login through the following secure link?

The dates are also displaying! Thank you for all your help!
