Receiving multiple confirmation emails

Hello,

Under the general settings options I have created a custom email template and enabled ‘send payment confirmation emails’.

I receive this email find once paid but I am also receiving another automated email (below)

Is it possible to deactivate or edit the email above and the customer to just receive the custom payment confirmation email? The payment gateway I am using is Paypal.

Hi Ricky,

That is the default registration email, those emails are always sent with no way to disable them currently.

Registration emails are always sent.
Payment Confirmation emails have the option to enable/disable.

You can edit this email site-wide in Event Espresso -> General Settings. Under ‘Default Registration Confirmation Email’.

Or you can edit it on a per event basis from within the individual event.

I have decided to deactivate the payment email and edit the registration email with the required details.
