Received notification template payment is no longer sent to the administrator

The notification template “Receive payment” is no longer sent to the administrator and the button “read message” is also no longer available on the News activity page. The last time was on 07.02.2019. Thank you for your help.

If you view your message activity list, what colour ‘status bar’ (the coloured bar to the left of the messages) does it have?

the color of statusbar is grey.

A grey status bar means its ‘Queued For Generating’, do other messages work as expected or are you not getting any of the EE emails?

For example, do the ‘Registratin Approved’ messages work?

Hmm, strange.

Ok, so the event admin context isn’t enabled on the ‘Payment Received’ message by default, only the Primary Registrant.

Can you check the template and let me know what is in the ‘To’ field, please?

To do that go to: Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Payment Received -> ‘Edit Event Admin’

What does it show in the ‘To’ field?

It might be better if you add a screenshot of the page:

it shows the mailadress: ** REMOVED **
thats works since 3 years.
maybe you have your login for our site. so you can see it. i maked that login for you a few month ago

We don’t keep login details for any longer than necessary so those will have been removed. If you can resend login details I’ll take a quick look, you can use this form:

I logged into the site, but your message activity shows that no emails are generating at the moment.

Are you sure registration emails are working? They don’t appear to be.

When emails suddenly stop working like this it can be a few different issues, did you change anything on or around 07.02.2019 on the site? For example, adding new plugins?

If you check the servers error logs can you see any errors from Event Espresso?

Hello good morgning,
No changes were made to the system. No new plugins were installed. The specified mail address works too. I also found no errors in the server error logs.

after the last update the colorbar is red
and shows this erros message

Message failed to generate for the following reasons:
Incoming data for the Gateways data handler must have an EE_Transaction object as the value for the first array index.

Ok, this changes things and means I’ll need to add some Debug code to the site to confirm what is happening, can you resubmit the form and provide FTP credentials so I can access the servers files, please:
