ReCAPTCHA Not Working

All of a sudden, the ReCAPTCHA on our event registration pages is not working. After submitting the form, a new page comes up with this error message:

Sorry, you did not enter the correct anti-spam phrase. Please click your browser’s back button and try again.

I’ve seen other threads on this issue, but the solutions did not work for us. Interestingly, the names are showing up on the registration list, so it appears EE is allowing the registration, but not taking the user to the payment page.

Hi,

Have you installed or updated your theme or any other plugins recently?

Have you tested the process by deactivating your plugins and switching to the twentyeleven/twentytwelve theme?

I cant see any obvious conflicts, but there is a lot of javascript running on the page. Also you have Jetpack installed which we have had problems with lately so you may want to try disabling that as a first test.

It turns out it was Jetpack. I disabled Sharing and Publicize and all is good.

No problem, we are currently working on a workaround for Jetpack, it has caused us some issues 🙂 glad you have a functional site back though.
