reCaptcha not showing up at all?

For some reason reCaptcha is not showing up at all on my event. I searched the forum here and found several recommendation, not of which seem to help. Can you advise?

Hi Paul,

Are you logged into the site when testing this?

reCapatcha will only show when you are not logged into the site.
