reCAPTCHA Not Displaying

I’m trying to add a reCAPTCHA to end all the spam registrations we’ve been receiving. I turned it on in the Settings area and entered my public and private keys and saved. But no reCAPTCHA is displaying on the event registration. Am I missing something?

Are you logged into the site when viewing the registration page? If so, try logging out. The re-capthcha should only display for logged out users of the site.

If that doesn’t make a difference, is the registration page getting cached? If so, we recommend configuring the caching plugin to not cache the registration, notify URL and payment return pages. Most caching plugins have a feature that will let you disable caching for these pages.
