reCAPTCHA is not showing up on Ticket Selector / Registration Form

Hi there

I have followed the instructions to go to google.com/recaptcha and then copy the keys over to Registration Form > Reg Form Settings to enable reCAPTCHA (I am not a robot), but for some reason the checkbox is not showing up on Ticket Selector nor Registration Form. Is there something else I might have missed?

Hi there,

reCaptcha will only show if you are no logged into the site, so just to confirm, are you logged out when testing this?

Good to know! I logged out, and now I see the reCAPTCHA on the Registration Form but Not on the Ticket Selector. I have both checked under Reg Form Settings. I would prefer to see it on the Ticket Selector, so is there something I need to change? Thanks again!

The checkbox reCaptcha is only shown on the registration form, if you want to use reCaptcha on the ticket selector you’ll need to switch to using the ‘Invisible’ reCaptcha.

You’ll need to set up your Recaptcha key to use reCaptcha v2 and select Invisible within the reCaptch Admin Console to switch over to that function.

Note that if you switch to invisible reCaptcha then your won’t see a checkbox as the validation is done in the background, hence the name.
