Hi
I installed the attendee Reassignment plugin and tried to test it out a bit.
Unfortunately it doesn’t show any events in the “Select New Event” dropdown.
I am running EE 4.9.9p

Hi Stephen,
Which version of WordPress are you running?
When you open the dropdown it can sometimes take a couple of seconds to populate, have you left the select field open for a little?

Just tried it again and left it for a while, still no joy.

Hi Stephen,
When we’ve seen this happen before it was either a) the JSON API wasn’t active on the site, which shouldn’t be the case since you have WordPress 4.6. or b) there was a JavaScript error on the page caused by another plugin. Can you check for any JavaScript errors in the browser’s console?

I did a bit of digging through the Javascript console and basically it looks like it is conflicting with WooCommerce

I should add that after disabling WooCommerce, it now works correctly and lets me reassign registrations.

Thanks for the update. The dev team has actually fixed the conflict with WooCommerce in the current dev build, so the next update should fix that.
