Hi –
Is there a way to rearrange the order of the categories? I have found that the category order is the only way to control the event color on the calendar when selecting multiple categories for an event. As it is now, if I add a new category, it’s color won’t dominate because it’s at the bottom of the list.

Hello Jennifer,
Currently there is no way in which to change the category order. There are some plugins out there that can do this, but due to the design structure of Event Espresso they would need to work with custom taxonomies (custom categories) which they don’t.
I will add this to our feature list to see if it is something we can incorporate into future versions.
