Hi guys, our default country is the UK (in fact is the only country the website sells to) but for some reason on the order confirmation page and the PDF download “(Africa/Abidjan)” appears after the event time. How can we change this to GMT or UK? Not sure where it is coming from…

The timezone that you’re seeing is set in WordPress > Settings > General. You can change the timezone setting there to be the nearest city that’s in your time zone.

Thanks, whilst it was all set up as the UK the timezone was UTM so I’ve changed it to London. Hopefully that resolves the issue!
