Hi there, Event Espresso does not provide a way for attendees to cancel registrations themselves, and any registrations that are canceled has to be done manually either one-by-one or in bulk from the Registrations list table. If these are paid events, I’d look at the transaction date and time in the Transaction > Payment Details to see when they payment happened. If the payment was successful and then the Registration is canceled, that’d make me wonder why the Registration is Canceled. Does someone on your team regularly cancel registrations? |

When was the last time this happened? Who has access to edit all the registrations for all events? |

So, the plot thickens. There are probably about 10 with access to all. One person said they just saw what happened. They chose some attendees, chose “Approve and Notify” and then the people turned into “Canceled”. |

What is the status of the attendee after they register, if not already approved, since it’s free? |

The default status is Not Approved/Pending Approval (we changed the words) |
