Raise The Limit Of Available Ticket Types Per Event

We have an event that requires the use of about 40 ticket types (they are tables at a show). We have 27 entered in now and when we go to save additional ticket bundles in EE4 it allows us to create them on the admin panel for that show, but then removes them once published.

Is there a way to raise this limit?

Hi there,

Event Espresso itself has no limit, what you’ll be hitting here is the max_input_vars limit on your server so that is what you’ll need to increase.

Go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System information

Search max_input_vars and note the value.

Generally, your host will provide options for you to change this within your control panel, if you’re looking to add twice as many tickets then you should roughly double the value currently set.
