Hi guys,
We are currently looking at up-selling delegates who are attending our reunion to attend more events than they originally signed up to i.e. they’re only coming to our Grand Ball but we are going to try and convince them to come to more events.
Is there a quick way in EE4 to create a new booking for an existing registrant which doesn’t require us to re-enter all their contact details?
Website is sydney.anglo-indian-reunion.com and we are currently on EE 4.6.31.p.

Hi John, you could manually add a registrant/attendee through the WP dashboard. However, you would need to enter their contact information again:

Hi Lorenzo,
Can you please explain to me the benefit of using the “manually add registrant” over simply adding them by the normal registration page.

Hi John, it is an alternative way to process a registration.
Note that payments through the WP dashboard (e.g. a payment with a manual registration through your WP-admin) are not supported at this time.
