I have several question groups. When I open a group to add questions not all of my custom questions appear. I have unchecked them in the groups where they do show up, but they still don’t appear for use in other groups. For example, I have a question, Country of Birth, even though it is unchecked it appears in one group as a choice but does not appear in the group I need it in to be chosen.
Also, Country of Residence is locked, cannot be edited, and only appears in Pesonal Info, even though it is unchecked.

Hi Stephen,
System questions can only be added within the system question groups.
Personal info system questions go in Personal Info, address system system question go in Address Info.
So it sounds like ‘Country of Birth’ is the EE3 system question ‘Country’ that was renamed, the migration has migrate that system question over and continues to use it as a system question. Which group does it allow you to assign it to?
Also, Country of Residence is locked, cannot be edited, and only appears in Pesonal Info, even though it is unchecked.
What is the ID of the question?

What does it say for the Admin label?
