Question Groups sent to Admin

I have a rather extensive set of question groups setup for the registration of my events and would like those questions sent in the notification email. Two questions:

1. When I put the [ANSWER_*] shortcode into the message template it rejects it, asking only for [QUESTION], [ANSWER] but I can find no documentation on how to use that.

2. In a documentation post there is mention of the [custom_questions] shortcode, which would be ideal, as I would prefer to not put them in individually. Is there a way to call a specific Question Group by ID? or something like that?

The responses to these custom questions need to live beyond the registration process alone and I am working on connecting the answers to MailChimp as well.

Any thoughts or help to make things easier would be great. Thanks

Hello,

When you are viewing a message type in the messages editor, then sections in the right area of the screen have shortcodes for different areas. If a shortcode doesn’t appear under a specific list, then it can’t be used there.

By default the Questions and Answers shortcodes should show all custom questions along with their answers in the registration details email.

Are some of them not appearing there?
