Question groups not showing to other user in event registration

I have set up a few question groups for use with event registration.

  • Other users (with same rights as me) can see the questions and
    question groups in the left side bar (where you can manage them)
  • but they cannot see them in the event editor

Can you help? We are on version 3.1.28.4.P

Hi Tom,

First off, it’s highly recommended that you update to the latest version (3.1.29.1). We fixed some issues in the latest.

Can you make sure that they have the same role as you? This is the only thing I can think of that would prevent them from seeing the questions.

Users have to be in the same role in order to see questions from other users.
