Question Groups for different pricing options

I have upgraded to EE4 and am setting up for a retreat with different pricing and accommodation options. I want to ask use a different question group for the child registration to include for example age of child and it is not working well http://eventsatcalvary.com/camp-hope-conference/register -when register for family room and child food and registration for example.
Do I need to go back and reinstall EE3 with the multiple reg addon to make this work?

Hi Barbara,

Questions groups are currently set on a per event basis in EE4. We are looking into setting question groups on a per ticket basis but this hasn’t been finalized.

Was this event split into multiple age groups when setup in EE3?
