Question Groups do not appear in registration form

Additional question groups (Class Information, Membership) which include required questions are not displaying on the registration form. [ http://www.societyofgilders.org/live/education/event-checkout/?ee=_register ]

EE Version: 4.2.6p
WP Version: 3.9.1
Theme: Twenty Twelve
Browser: Chrome and Firefox

The Question Groups are enabled for the Primary Registrant and Additional Registrants.

Hello,

Could you try re-saving pretty permalinks through WordPress admin –> Settings –> Permalinks?

I see some event links on a page but none of them are working.

Could you go to that event in the event editor and re-save?

Also, there are checkmarks for the additional question groups (bottom right of event editor), right?

Resaved. Yes, there are checkmarks for the additional question groups.

Hi, could you try creating a new test event and selecting those question groups again and saving changes?

Then could you check to see if its working. If it doesn’t work, then please share a temporary login through the secure link below so we can take a closer look:

Created a new event which didn’t work. Login details sent, however the ftp password may be incorrect.
