Question Categories not showing up on registration

I’ve had multiple people register for an event where it appears that only the personal information questions are showing up on their registration page even though the event settings list 2 additional question categories. I know this because when I edit the attendee, only the personal information fields are displayed on their information, but for all other attendees in this event, the fields from the other question categories are populated. Any ideas why this is happening?

I checked the settings for the event and the other question groups are checked under “Event questions for primary attendee”. Also the event is set to display description YES and display registration form YES. I am using the multiple event registration plugin, but for registration page I am using [EVENT_LIST category_identifier=your_category_identifier] on this page to generate the events in the order I want to see them. This is very important because now I have to chase attendees down to get the additional information from them. Thanks,

Are your “Questions for Additional Attendees” (http://www.screencast.com/t/dpNQHjIolE) selected in the event?

From the screenshots you sent, I can see that one of the attendees is primary and the other is an additional attendee from a different registration.

Thanks Seth. I set this event to ask all question categories for additional attendees as well and this solved the problem.

Just a follow up question, if this event is set up to not allow group registration, then shouldn’t the only attendee be the Primary attendee?

Group registration is where one person registers on behalf of several people. If its turned off then yes attendees will be individuals, the number of them dependant on the Attendee limit.
