Hello. My client has been complaining of a bug that I was hoping to run past you. Checked the forums and found no resolution yet. My client has been adding a custom question to one of their events. On more than one occasion now the question’s answers have disappeared from the dropdown resulting in the user unable to book on the event as it’s a required field. Can you think of any mechanism that would cause this? |
