Question about TXN Date

I received a transaction for an event which raises a question. If you look at the screenshot, how is it possible that the payment is successful (payment is received by Mollie – I also see the payment on the account), but the TXN Date says “Niet betaald” (Not payed)

Hi there,

That can happen if the user is directed back to your site before the payment status was completely on Mollie’s server. So when they arrive back and EE checks the payment status, it’s not complete.

There is an IPN from Mollie that should also update the payment (and transaction) if that happens. If you look at the payment on your Mollie dashboard, in the sidebar it should show a log of the requests sent from Mollie to your site, what does it show there for that payment?

Also, if you click on the TXN Date shown above, you can find a payment for Mollie in the EE transaction, what status does it have?
