Question about deleted event

Client accidentally deleted an active event, and as a result the event shows 0 registrants. Problem is the event venue has changed, and they need to contact those that have registered – as they may not want to attend at the changed venue.

Is there a way to see the original registrants? Would they still be contained in the mySQL tables, and if so, where? How might I find them? Any help is greatly appreciated, and this problem is somewhat urgent as the event is coming up quickly.

Deleting an event shouldn’t erase the attendees. And you should still be able to see them in the attendee overview. If not, then they should still be in the database within the attendees table.

You might try making the event active again to see if that restores the attendees to take overview.

My client has been having other problems since I upgraded to the current version – there was a pretty big lapse between the version they had when I took over and the one they have now. There has been reconciliation problems between what the plugin showed was paid and what PayPal said was paid. How can I make sure that everything is working as it should? I wonder if their problem with the deleted event is related. There were no registrants after I re-activated the event.
