Question About Coupon or Charging for A Ticket

Good morning. We have a Member site and we were hoping to make specific coupons a one-time use for Members. Regardless, I now have a transaction with two FREE tickets, and I need to fix it. Is there an easy way to edit this on the backend or would I need to cancel one of those tickets and do a whole new transaction?

make specific coupons a one-time use for Members

Currently, the promotions add-on can be set to allow the code to be used once per scope item, meaning once per event that it is available on. We don’t have an option for a single, one-time use code across multiple events.

As these are free tickets, can you please let me know what exactly you want to change/fix so that we can help you better?

Hi Kristen,

As the ticket is already booked you cannot add the price to a free ticket now.

However, you can create a new paid ticket and book it for a better result.
