Query Limits Exceeded

Hi – I am using event espresso on a client site. I keep having a problem exceeding the query limits on their hosting account and it crashes the site. Even things that I have saved disappear.

I’m trying to figure out if it is a plugin and if there is minimum requirements for hosting that their hosting doesn’t meet.

Hi,

The query limits on a hosting account is a hosting issue, so I can advise contacting the host to see what their options are.

One thing to keep if mind, for example, is if the limit is 75000 queries per hour, that’s 1250 queries per minute. Even a modest amount of traffic will hit that limit when using a WordPress site. We’ve prepared a page that has hosting recommendations:
