Qty of available tickets are larger than qty sold but events says SOLD-OUT?

in the events under available tickets reads qty: 6 and under qty sold: 5, so there should still be qty: 1 available to be purchased, however event on the website reads: SOLD OUT? please help.

Can you edit the event and take a screenshot of the ‘Event Tickets & Datetimes’ section, then add that here, please?
