Once I created 4 test events, I installed QR App for Android. Thanks! |
Make sure you have the mobile app api installed on the same server where WordPress is installed: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-ticketing/#services Also, verify that you have the latest version of the mobile app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eventespresso.android&hl=en Then follow the steps on the troubleshooting guide: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/troubleshooting-event-espresso/#ticketing One more thing, make sure you have the latest version of Event Espresso installed.

All things checked without success: What else I can do? |
Make sure you have the current version of the mobile app api installed. This can be downloaded from your account page. |

Sorry, but I can’t see any Mobile App API download link on my account page. |
I sent you an email with the mobile app api. We’re looking into why some accounts do not have the download link. |

I already had this folder and it’s files (and same version) and it’s not working. |
You could also try the newer version of the mobile app api (it should be on the account page now) There were a few recent changes. |

I have already downloaded this version (2.0.6) and nothing has been fixed. |
