When you say not available, is there an error message displayed?

Automatic update not available in plugins –

You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Ticketing but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain.

I only have one domain…

You might have some older versions of the add-ons that may even did not have the auto update feature added yet.

It also may be an older key that has expired. Can you try the key that’s on your account page? The key on your account shows that it’s not active.

the site key i have in my general settings is the same as it is in my account. I used to do automatic updates no problem.

Ok – i saved and it looks like it did the automatic update…
but now – when i go to purchase tickets i get
Error establishing a database connection

It work flawlessly for last 2 months up until now…

I ran a test registration on your site and it’s working now. An intermittent “Error establishing a database connection” may be a hosting issue or a spike in traffic where the server gets overloaded.
