EE4 Personal License

We are running Event Espresso 3 and I mistakenly purchased a license for EE4. Can this be switched?

You can head over to your account page and you’ll find a “Switch Your Support License” option there.

Thank you for the reply. When I clicked Switch Support License it shows a fee associated with the switch from EE4 to EE3?

Yes, as it should. The EE3 license is priced higher than the EE4 license. If you have any questions related to prices or fees, it’s advised to contact the sales team.
