Purchased the wrong Support License

We are running Event Espresso 3 and I mistakenly purchased a license for EE4. Can this be switched?

Hi,

You can head over to your account page and you’ll find a “Switch Your Support License” option there.

If you would like further assistance with switching or any other questions related to purchases on your account, you can contact the sales team and they can assist.

Thank you for the reply. When I clicked Switch Support License it shows a fee associated with the switch from EE4 to EE3?

Yes, as it should. The EE3 license is priced higher than the EE4 license. If you have any questions related to prices or fees, it’s advised to contact the sales team.
