Purchased License/Plugin Downloads not showing – Business License

I just bought Event Espresso Business License, and I am not seeing where to download the actual zip file for this plug-in…

PLEASE HELP!!

Hi Richard,

Sorry for the trouble. I’ve manually updated your account so you now have access to the files and support. I’m not sure why your account was not correctly and automatically setup when you purchased. Did you experience any errors while purchasing?

We’ve had this issue happen a few times recently so we’re keeping track of this and trying to determine the cause so it doesn’t happen again.
