Purchase Confirmation

I had a colleague of mine purchase EE4 for an event website we’re building and hoping to launch this weekend. He went through everything and still hasn’t received an email confirmation. This was 2 days ago. Should we try it again? We don’t really want to get charged twice for this. Thanks.

Can you please go to https://eventespresso.com/contact/

Select ‘Sales/Billing Question’ and provide the relevant details.

To help speed this up I would recommend including the transaction ID within the message.

One of our sales team will investigate this asap.
