Puchased EE4 Personal + Calendar — But need EE3 Developer

I purchased EE4 Personal then purchased the EE4 Calendar. Sadly, we really need the Multi-Event Registration. Can you adjust the price of EE3 Developer by what I have already spent in the last 60 days?
