We are a musical arts organization with 4-5 events/year. Our web developer suggested EE3 for our new website ticket ordering function. Sell approx. 1000 tickets per concert and season tickets for all concerts in a package. Questions: 1. What is initial setup cost – license and add-ons?
2. Is this a one-time fee or charged annually?
3. Can a seating chart graphic be included in EE3?
4. Can customer print tickets on line when order is placed?
5. If mailed tickets are preferred, can our ticket chairman print them?

Hi Dan, here is feedback on your questions:

1) Event Espresso starts at $99.95 for a personal support license and it increases with other support licenses which include additional add-ons. If you’ll need a ticketing option, then the Event Espresso 3 business license would be a better fit since it has a ticketing add-on. The cost for that support license is $199.95.

2) Support licenses are renewed on an annual basis. We’ll send you a renewal email with a loyalty discount a few weeks before your support license expires.

3) Images can be uploaded to event description area. Is that what you are referring to by graphic? Or are you needing a seating chart feature?

4) Yes, they’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to their ticket and they’ll be able to print it out using any modern web browser:

Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Internet Explorer

5) Yes, that can be done by an event admin through the WP dashboard by going to the attendee list page and clicking on the ticket icon for this registrant.
