Hi there. Is there any way to use a promotion code as a gift voucher of a set value that decreases in amount after each use? So if we give someone a code for £20 I can’t see a way to set it so that if they use £10 on one booking it leaves the other £10 on the code? I can only see that I can set it for intimate £20 use which I don’t want!

Hi there,
Officially no, we don’t have this functionality built into Event Espresso.
However, if you don’t use ‘Fixed value’ discounts for anything else I have a snippet which can do this for you here:

Is works by using fixed value discounts in the promotions add-on and subtracting the transactional total from the discount each time until it reaches 0, at which point it sets the expiration date to ‘now’ to prevent it from being used further.
