Promotions plugin

We’ve an issue with the promotions plugin. I updated the plugin today and now it’s coming up with an unknown error when I submit a promotions code.

Previous to that it wasn’t showing the correctly recalculated VAT on a ticket, although the total amount was correct.

Please advise.

Does the error message actually say “Unknown Error”?

Actually, it looks like your site is running EE 4.9.8. Can you update your site to have EE 4.9.10? That will resolve the error you saw when submit a promotion code.
