It could be plugin conflict, theme or EE updated version or WP. The EE you’re currently using is 4.10.41.p, May we know why you stayed in that version? that version is quite old and could be the issue of conflicts due to some code update. Thanks |
|
That version works best for us, didn’t see a need to update. I have installed other purchased additions and activated without issue. |

We only provide support for the latest version of the plugin. The plugin was updated because of some updated codes and new features that will help you keep working with the latest PHP and WordPress versions. Can we know why you want to stay with the older version of the plugin? Have you made any custom modifications to the plugin file? Please let us know so that we can help you better |

Hi, EE4 has been updated now get the following messsage: |
|
Where you able to migrate it? Where did you see this issue? Can you still access your site? and go to your EE dashboard? Have you check if it caused by a plugin/theme conflict? You can use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ or any similar plugin. You can do the above using Troubleshooting mode: Tools -> Site Health -> Troubleshooting -> Enabled Troubleshooting mode. That will disable all plugins and switch to a default theme and then allow you to enable specific plugins troubleshooting mode. Once disabled you will revert back to the current state. thanks |
