We run a lot of training classes. Some of the individuals attending the class have already paid for the complete program. In our past system we could manually register them and set their payment to $0. My hope was the Promotions and Discounts would allow us to do the same thing. However in testing the add-on yesterday I could only find where the code option is available on the front-end. Is there a way to make this available on the backend? Or is there some other solution available?

Hi Zigmund,
You can add attendees in the dashboard. Once they are added, click Registrations, click the registrants name, then click Approved. This will mark the registrant as Approved without having to enter a transaction.
