Scenario 1
We wish to offer group registration discounts based on volume. For example,
1) We create a promo code for a 10% discount on total group registration cost for a groups of 5 attendees or more.
2) Group A registers 5 attendees and uses the promo code for 10% discount
3) Group A subsequently cancels 1 attendee
Problem: How do we revoke and/or remove the promo code from the transaction since the discount will no longer apply?
Scenario 2
We wish to apply discount codes selectively to specific attendees registered as part of a group registration
1) Group B registers 4 attendees
2) A promo is available to for a Buy 3 Get 4th Free promo
Problem: How can we apply a promo code selectively so one registrant is $0? Currently a promo code applies only to total transaction.

Hi there,
Problem: How do we revoke and/or remove the promo code from the transaction since the discount will no longer apply?
Currently, we don’t have an option to remove a promotion code from a transaction, you would need to recreate the group registration without using the promotion code for the above.
Problem: How can we apply a promo code selectively so one registrant is $0? Currently a promo code applies only to total transaction.
This is not something we have available within Event Espresso, the promotions apply to the events within the transaction, you can’t apply specific promotion discounts to specific registrants at this time.
