We have the Promotions Add-on. We have set up some promo codes to take a % off the pricing. However when the promo codes are used in tests, it only takes the discount e.g. 25% off the actual ticket price instead of the total price which in our case includes a 10% tax. So the 25% comes off the ticket price and then 10% tax is added back in. We need the discount to come off the total amount. How can we achieve this?

I’m glad you fixed it.
Just a note for future readers, there is an option for this within Event Espresso -> Promotions -> Settings.
Set the ‘Promotions Affect Taxes’ option to No for the taxes to be applied to the transaction before the promotions are applied.
